ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Welcome to Radiance Voyage!
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Radiance Voyage website (radiancevoyage.com) and all services provided by Radiance Voyage, including but not limited to:
- Coaching programs (1:1 transformation coaching, group coaching)
- Membership community (The Radiance Collective™)
- Travel concierge services (Radiance Voyage VIP Travel)
- Digital products (guides, courses, workshops)
- Events and retreats
By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
ELIGIBILITY
Age Requirements:
- Adults: You must be at least 18 years old to purchase services independently
- Teens (13-17): May participate in our Mother-Daughter programs with parental/guardian consent and supervision
- Children under 13: Our services are not intended for children under 13
Capacity:
By using our services, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
SERVICES OFFERED
Radiance Voyage provides the following services:
1. Coaching Programs:
- 1:1 Transformation Coaching: Personalized coaching sessions (6-12 months)
- Group Coaching Programs: Cohort-based transformation experiences
- Mother-Daughter Legacy Program: Healing programs for mothers and teenage daughters
2. Membership Community:
- The Radiance Collective™: Monthly membership with group coaching, community access, courses, and resources
3. Travel Concierge Services:
- Custom travel itinerary design
- Luxury bookings and travel coordination
- Hosted retreats and group experiences
- Pre-trip coaching and post-trip integration
4. Digital Products:
- Guides, workbooks, courses
- Recorded workshops and trainings
5. Free Resources:
- Blog content, quizzes, email newsletters
PURCHASE AND PAYMENT
Pricing:
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Current pricing will be displayed at the time of purchase.
Payment Methods:
We accept payments via:
- Credit/debit cards (processed through Stripe)
- PayPal
Payment Processing:
- Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors
- We do not store your credit card information
- By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method
Payment Plans:
Some programs offer payment plans. By enrolling in a payment plan, you agree to:
- Make scheduled payments on time
- Continue payments for the full duration of the plan
- Maintain valid payment information on file
Missed payments may result in:
- Late fees
- Suspension of access to services
- Termination of enrollment
Taxes:
Prices do not include applicable taxes. You are responsible for any sales tax, VAT, or other taxes required by your jurisdiction.
REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
We stand behind the quality of our services. However, due to the personalized and digital nature of our offerings, refunds are handled as follows:
Coaching Programs (1:1 and Group):
Before Program Start:
- Full refund if you cancel at least 14 days before the program start date
- 50% refund if you cancel 7-13 days before the program start date
- No refund if you cancel less than 7 days before the program start date
After Program Start:
- No refunds once the program has begun and you have attended your first session
- All sales are final after the first coaching call
- You may pause your program for up to 30 days (once per enrollment) due to extenuating circumstances (illness, family emergency) with advance notice
Membership (The Radiance Collective™):
Monthly Membership:
- Cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle
- No refunds for partial months
- You will retain access until the end of your paid period
Annual Membership:
- 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase
- After 30 days, no refunds for annual memberships
- You may cancel to prevent auto-renewal for the following year
Digital Products:
- All sales are final once you have accessed or downloaded the product
- 7-day money-back guarantee if you have not accessed the product
Travel Concierge Services:
Planning Fees:
- Non-refundable once travel planning has begun (after initial consultation)
Travel Costs:
- Refunds for travel bookings (flights, hotels, experiences) are subject to the cancellation policies of the individual vendors and service providers
- We will assist you with cancellations but cannot guarantee refunds from third-party vendors
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended
Hosted Retreats:
- Deposits are non-refundable
- Final payments are non-refundable within 60 days of the retreat start date
- We recommend purchasing travel insurance
How to Request a Refund:

- Your name and email address
- Service purchased and purchase date
- Reason for refund request
We will review and respond within 7-10 business days.
USER RESPONSIBILITIES
By using our services, you agree to:
Participation:
- Attend scheduled calls and sessions on time
- Complete assigned practices, exercises, and homework
- Engage authentically and respectfully in group settings and community spaces
- Take personal responsibility for implementing what you learn
Confidentiality:
- Respect the confidentiality of other participants in group programs and community spaces
- Do not share personal information or stories shared by others without permission
Communication:
- Communicate respectfully with Radiance Voyage staff, coaches, and other community members
- Respond to emails and messages in a timely manner regarding scheduling, payments, and program logistics
Account Security:
- Keep your login credentials confidential
- Do not share your account access with others
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access
Prohibited Conduct:
You agree NOT to:
- Harass, bully, or threaten others
- Share hate speech, discriminatory content, or offensive material
- Spam, promote illegal activities, or share malicious content
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Impersonate others or create fake accounts
Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of your access to services without refund.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Ownership:
All content on the Radiance Voyage website and within our programs—including but not limited to text, images, videos, audio, graphics, logos, course materials, worksheets, and branding—is the intellectual property of Radiance Voyage and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
License to Use:
When you purchase our services, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
- Access and use the content for your personal use only
- Download materials for your own reference
Restrictions:
You may NOT:
- Reproduce, distribute, or republish our content without written permission
- Share, sell, or transfer access to our programs or materials
- Use our content for commercial purposes
- Create derivative works based on our content
- Remove copyright notices or attributions
Violation of intellectual property rights may result in legal action.
DISCLAIMERS

While we are committed to providing high-quality services and support, we cannot guarantee specific results. Your results depend on many factors including:
- Your commitment and effort
- Your willingness to implement what you learn
- Your unique circumstances, health, and life situation
Individual results may vary. Testimonials and success stories represent individual experiences and do not guarantee similar outcomes for all participants.
Travel Services Disclaimer:
Radiance Voyage provides travel planning and concierge services but is not responsible for:
- Acts of God, natural disasters, or unforeseen events that affect travel
- Cancellations or changes by airlines, hotels, or other third-party vendors
- Loss, theft, injury, or illness during travel
- Immigration or visa issues
- Travel delays or disruptions
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all trips.
Radiance Voyage partners with InteleTravel for booking services. All travel bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective airlines, hotels, and service providers.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Radiance Voyage, its founder , employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any:
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
- Personal injury, emotional distress, or other harm arising from your use of our services
Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Radiance Voyage, its founder, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from:
- Your use of our services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Your conduct in connection with our services
COMMUNITY GUIDELINES
Our community spaces (membership platform, group calls, social media) are meant to be safe, supportive, and uplifting.
Expected Behavior:
- Be respectful, kind, and supportive
- Honor confidentiality
- Offer constructive feedback
- Celebrate each other’s wins
- Ask for help when needed
Prohibited Behavior:
- Harassment, bullying, or discrimination
- Sharing offensive, hateful, or harmful content
- Spamming or self-promotion without permission
- Sharing others’ personal information without consent
Violations may result in removal from the community without refund.
TERMINATION
By You:
You may cancel or terminate your enrollment in services at any time, subject to our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
By Us:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to services at any time, with or without notice, for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Non-payment
- Disruptive or harmful behavior
- Any reason we deem necessary to protect our business or community
Termination does not entitle you to a refund unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.
MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices.
When we make changes:
- We will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this document
- For significant changes, we will notify you via email or a prominent notice on our website
Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must discontinue use of our services.
GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Governing Law:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Dispute Resolution:
In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services, you agree to:
1. Informal Resolution: Contact us at radiancevoyage@gmail.com to attempt to resolve the issue informally.
2. Mediation: If informal resolution is unsuccessful, both parties agree to participate in mediation before pursuing legal action.
3. Arbitration: If mediation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
4. Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.
Jurisdiction:
Any legal action related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, United States.
MISCELLANEOUS
Entire Agreement:
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Radiance Voyage.
Severability:
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Waiver:
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
Assignment:
You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
Force Majeure:
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or internet outages.
